There are a couple of ways you can take CBD, you might decide to take capsules, tincture, an oil, or maybe your prefer vaping. Some are more convenient, others are discreet and can be done on-the-go.

One of the more interesting and fun ways to take CBD is with a CBD oil, this might not sound too exciting but when it comes to creating recipes and fusions, the options are endless. If you are new to cooking with CBD oil, we recommend starting small. You can make half batches to avoid wasting your precious oil and use small doses to see how you feel. CBD is of course non toxic so if you do happen to add a little too much, don’t worry.

Minty CBD Chocolate Cups

  • Large dark chocolate bar
  • Large mint chocolate bar
  • 2oz cacao butter
  • 4oz unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp peppermint oil
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp matcha powder
  • 60mg CBD oil (10mg or one dropper per person)


  1. Melt the dark chocolate until smooth and spoon into the bottom of 6 peanut butter molds. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes or until hardened.
  2. Combine both butters, vanilla, maple syrup, and sea salt over a medium heat, until blended. Add the CBD oil and matcha powder and stir.
  3. Pour on top of the dark chocolate in the cups and finally, place in freezer for 20 minutes.

CBD infused Guacamole

  • 3 medium avocados
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ onion, diced
  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • 1 large garlic clove minced
  • Generous handful of cilantro
  • 10mg CBD oil


  1. Halve the avocados and remove the stones. Place in a large mixing bowl and mash.
  2. Add the salt, cumin, cayenne, garlic, ¾ cilantro, onion, tomato, lime juice, and combine.
  3. Add in the CBD oil and stir. Place in small bowl and top with the leftover cilantro.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!

Chocolate Chip CBD Cookies

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 128g white sugar
  • 128g packed brown sugar
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 128g softened butter
  • 60mg CBD oil (10mg per person)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp hot water
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the butter, CBD oil, brown and white sugar in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Beat in the eggs one at a time and add vanilla extract. Dissolve the baking soda in the hot water and add to the batter with salt. Slowly stir in the chocolate chips and flour.
  3. Drop large spoonfuls onto grease-proof paper and bake for around 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Overnight CBD Oats with Raspberries

  • ½ cup of milk (choice of dairy, almond, coconut, etc)
  • 150g old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 35g raspberries
  • 10mg CBD oil


  1. Add your rolled oats to a large bowl and cover with milk of choice, you can add more or less milk depending on your desired consistency.
  2. Add in your raspberries and stir before finally adding in the CBD oil.
  3. Transfer to tupperware, put the lid on top and place your oats in the fridge overnight to consume the next day.

Flourless CBD Chocolate Cake

  • Large dark chocolate bar
  • 6oz unsalted butter
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 6 large eggs
  • 12oz granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar or cocoa powder for dusting
  • 60mg CBD oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit. Place the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl and melt over a medium heat and stir until melted.
  2. Beat the eggs with sugar until light and thick then fold in the melted chocolate until evenly combined. Next, add the CBD oil.
  3. Spray your cake mould with non-stick spray and pour in the batter. Bake for 1 hour, 25 minutes and place on a cooling rack.
  4. Remove from mould and dust with icing sugar or cocoa powder.
