How To Make a Pumpkin Spice CBD Latte At Home
- 40g of pumpkin
- 30g of sweetener
- Pinch of ground Nutmeg
- Pinch of ground Cloves
- 3 dashes Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Vanilla essence
- 2 shots of expresso
- 280g milk
- 1 Sharp knife
- 1 large coffee cup
- Coffee machine or percolator
Chop the pumpkin into small even-sized pieces and steam for approximately 10 mins until soft.
Remove the soft pumpkin from the skin and force through a fine sieve
Add 40g of the pumpkin to a good-sized cup and the 30g of sweetener.
Add a pinch of ground nutmeg.
Add a pinch of ground cloves.
Add ¼ tsp of cinnamon.
Add ½ tsp of vanilla essence.
Add 10 – 25 mg of CBD oil*.
Add 2 shots of espresso and stir well.
Slowly stir in 280g of frothed steamed milk. (Coconut or almond milk is a delicious milk alternative)
Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
*If using CBD infused coffee then there is no need to add additional CBD oil
