London is preparing to be transformed from an urban concrete jungle to the European winter wonderland of the Alps. The Curling Club brings flamboyance, frolics, and celebrations to two legendary locations. The Langham, London, from 20th November – 20th February 2022 and Finsbury Square from 1st to 19th December 2021. Soaked in après-ski vibes, the glowing pistes of the Alps will undoubtedly descend on Finsbury Square and The Langham, two of the most renowned and iconic areas in London with curling rinks at both locations.
Commenting on the announcement of the events, Will Goy, Director of Events at The Curling Club, describes the event as “the perfect opportunity to experience the intense and suspenseful curling sport. “The ongoing partnership with The Langham is also fantastic to see. Playing the game in short form offers an excellent opportunity for individuals from all backgrounds to take part and enjoy the quintessentially British sporting activity.”
Located in a fantastic courtyard, The Curling Club will change The Langham into a joyful winter haven. One, filled with enjoyment and a bounty of incredible street food. There will be three ice rinks in the courtyard, permitting six teams to play the game at once. All are customisable, with the capacity to host groups from as tiny as six individuals to one hundred and fifty.
The event is open every day from noontime till 11 pm and is situated near Moorgate Tube Terminal. The Curling Club is undoubtedly an excellent location for joyful celebration as the event welcomes teams from all backgrounds with a range of skills. In addition, it's a wonderful opportunity to be part of a remarkable bespoke experience.
