Shavo Odadjian, bassist for heavy metal band System of A Down, has just launched his very own cannabis lifestyle brand in Arizona state known as 22Red.
Described as a “boutique quality cannabis brand”, 22Red offers a complete collection of flowers, pre-rolls, and disposable vapes, available in THC or CBD varieties.
Shavo’s foray into the cannabis market won’t come as a big surprise to his legion of fans though. Shavo has been openly smoking weed for over 20 years now.
This first-hand experience has taught him a thing or two about quality cannabis and speaking to Forbes magazine he says “I only smoke the best. I only want the best. I’m not a snob but I only want to represent quality”.
To guarantee such quality, all products have been hand-selected by Shavo himself. Currently, all 22Red products are already available online in Los Angeles, with flower and pre-rolled joints having now arrived in a number of dispensaries in Arizona state.
Visitors to his website will also be able to purchase from his new fashion range which includes branded hoodies and t-shirts. Not content with cannabis and clothing, 22Red will be releasing music in the near future under the ‘North Kingsly’ label.
