Graduate Fashion Week (GFW), one of the UK’s most important fashion events, is back for it’s 26th consecutive year.
The four-day event, whose ambassadors and patrons include Burberry’s Christopher Bailey, Vivienne Westwood and photographer, Nick Knight, showcases the talent of the future at their most unrestricted. Creativity abounds and it’s not just design, the next generation of marketers, photographers, illustrators and creative directors will also exhibit.
To get you started, we have an edit of six menswear designers to watch out for below. Martyn Roberts, managing and creative director of Graduate Fashion Week says, “The work being produced this year is of the highest calibre and the campaign is truly extraordinary, reflecting the talent on show at Graduate Fashion Week.”
Photographed on a set of influencers at The Old Truman Brewery in London’s Shoreditch (where GFW takes place), the selected designers were chosen to illustrate London’s diversity. Ethnicity, youth culture, politics and historical perspectives are highlighted, while the grooming was executed by GFW’s official makeup sponsor, 3ina.
